This document is for use in two general situations: the sale and purchase of a new puppy from a breeder or dealer as a family pet, and the sale and purchase of a puppy or a grown dog from its private owner. It is not designed for use where the dog or puppy is being sold for commercial purposes (breeding, racing etc.) where additional warranties may be required.
