This document is relevant if you are applying for a judgment in the Circuit Court against a debtor having previously served an 'Ordinary civil bill and indorsement of claim' (DR020) on the defendant and no response has been received from the defendant within the timeframes specified or, if also sent, to a follow-up letter giving the defendant a further 14 days to enter an appearance. The County Registrar is required to sign this document to confirm that no response has been received from the defendant.
