This document is suitable whether the loan has already been given, will be given at some time in the future or will be given at the same time that this guarantee is being signed. The guarantee will also allow you to enter a limit to the amount of liability in the case of default. A guarantee is a contract whereby the guarantor agrees to be liable for an existing or future liability of another (the debtor) to a lender in the event that the debtor is unable to repay it. A guarantee is unenforceable unless it is made in writing and the guarantor signs it.
