This document is intendede for use in two general situations: the sale and purchase of a new kitten from a breeder or dealer as a family pet, and the sale and purchase of a kitten or a grown cat from its private owner. It is not designed for use where the cat or kitten is being sold for commercial purposes (breeding etc.) where additional warranties may be required.
