The website that hosts the link is referred to as the 'host site' and the website whose link is hosted is referred to as the 'target site'. When products are sold from the target site as a result of an introduction through the link, commission will be paid to the host site at the rate which you specify in this agreement. The host site acknowledges the intellectual property rights contained in the target site as belonging to the owner of the target site and nothing confers any intellectual property rights upon the host.
