Notification to tenant failing to meet obligations (LP004)

This document is used to notify a tenant that there has been a failure, or failures, by the tenant to meet their obligations under the tenancy (including rent arrears). It cites the failure, or failures, and gives the tenant a reasonable period of time to put a remedy in place. This notification must be served first if the landlord may wish to subsequently terminate the tenancy in the event that a failure remains unremedied within the time period specified.
