It also caters for RPZ-located properties which are claimed to be exempt from the RPZ rent limitation regulations. The RTB rent calculator must now be used to determine the maximum permitted rent increase, if any, for non-exempt properties located in an RPZ and a link to this calculator is provided in the drafting process.
